Abstract

|
The symptoms of antipsychotics withdrawal were characterized by autonomic symptoms, parkinsonism, and withdrawal dyskinesia which developed following the abrupt cessation of antipsychotics and anticholinergics. These symptoms subsided within 2 weeks after readminstration of antipsychotics and anticholinergics. We experienced a mentally retarded woman patient with psychiatric disorder who developed withdrawal dyskinesia following abrupt cessation of antipsychotics. So we report this case with a brief review of literatures.
